Returns & Exchanges

Thank you for shopping with us at remariebodycare.com! Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns/exchanges. Please contact us if you have any problems with your order (i.e., damaged, defective, missing items). 

Damaged, Defective or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is missing contents please contact us or email us directly at info@remariebodycare.com with the following details:

  • Order Number 
  • Damaged/Defective: photos of your package & damaged/defective item(s)
  • Missing Items: photos of the items received

Cancellations

We accept cancellations. You may cancel your order within 24 hours after your order has been confirmed. Please note that once your order has shipped, cancellations are not accepted.

Shipping & Delivery | Lost or Stolen Packages

Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to ship.

Shipping Days: Monday - Thursday
Delivery: Priority, 1-3 days

To avoid delays, please ensure the correct shipping information is provided at checkout.

Re'Marie Body Care is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed delivered to the address provided by the customer. To ensure your issue is resolved, please contact USPS directly to file a lost package claim.
